Our Vision & Mission Statement
We imagine a world where our refugee neighbours feel celebrated, valued and at home. So much more than their label, every refugee is recognised as an individual with unique skills and talents.
Steered by refugees, for refugees, we forge lasting relationships between employers and refugee job seekers. Businesses are supported to become refugee-friendly, whilst refugee job seekers are empowered to unlock their potential through our training and learning packages.
We know we are stronger when we work collaboratively, so we build networks to push harder for social change. Together we open doors so that refugees are recognised as positively enriching society.
