TLC imagines a world where our refugee neighbours feel celebrated, valued and at home. So much more than their label, every refugee is recognised as an individual with unique skills and talents.
Steered by refugees, for refugees, we forge lasting relationships between employers and refugee job seekers. Businesses are supported to become refugee-friendly, whilst refugees are empowered to unlock their potential through our training and learning packages.
